WARRANTY
We stand behind the quality of every Gold Bone piece. Our vermeil jewelry is covered by a 60-day warranty, and our fine jewelry collection is covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase. If your piece has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly repair or replace it at no additional cost. Please note that our warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear, accidents, improper care, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
EXCHANGES
To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
The request for an exchange must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.
